All bidding will take place online through SmartAuctions so you can bid from anywhere!

UC Davis Horse Barn
Online Auction
June 20-21, 2026
- Online bidding begins Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM PDT.
- Online bidding will begin closing at 5:00 PM PDT on Sunday, June 21, 2026.
- Bidding close will be "Racehorse Style:" Beginning at 5:00 PM PDT on Sunday, June 21 2025, all lots will begin to close at the same time. A new bid countdown will begin for all lots. If anyone bids on any lot in the countdown window, the timer will rest for all lots. This will continue until no-one bids within the countdown time and all lots will close. This ensures no-one is out bid at the last minute, and equal time is allowed for bidding on all lots.

2026 Production Sale Animals
This year’s sale features seven yearlings, a two-year-old, and a five-year-old with a wide variety of disciplines, bloodlines, colors, and personalities. There is sure to be one you’ll want to take home! Herd health/medical records will be available to view by request. Pre-purchase exams are encouraged at buyers request and expense.
